The Quality Plus Engineering Team understands the importance of professional support products covering all aspects of MOBIS.

• Books.  Q+E professionals have written some of the best selling and outstanding books on ISO 9000, supply chain management, quality auditing, Value Added Auditing^®, work, process management, and contract administration.  For example, Q+E is the developer of a number of world-class supply chain management products, such as world’s best selling ISO 9000 book (ISO 9000, John Wiley 1993), ‘Leaning of the Supply Chain’ video series in partnership with the Society of Manufacturing Engineers, Supply Management Strategies book (core supply management product for the APICS supply management certification), first process auditing book (Standard Manual of Quality Auditing, Prentice Hall, 1992), and many other products.  As well, Q+E supply management products are approved, endorsed, and delivered products through the Institute of Supply Management (ISM), Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME), Project Management Institute (PMI), Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers), and many other professional associations.

• Workbooks and Training Manuals.  Q+E professionals produce customized workbooks to support training courses. The interactive workbooks require student inputs to a given set of questions and scenarios. These are tailored to reinforce training points and to serve as a ready reference document. Customized workbooks are available for all courses.
• Slides, Overhead Transparencies, Video Tapes, and CD-ROMs.  Q+E develops high-quality slides and overhead transparencies to support our work and engagements. Information is presented in easy-to-understand pictorial or graphical formats, whenever possible. Videotape provides another powerful means of quickly transmitting significant amounts of information to a large and geographically diverse audience.  Q+E develops specialized videotapes with the Society of Manufacturing Engineers and other professional societies for just in time learning.
• Assessment Instruments and Survey Diagnostics.  Assessment and survey instruments can be as simple as an interviewer's questionnaire or as complex as a large, statistically significant survey instrument. Q+E's highly effective survey instruments, survey response databases, and metrics are tailored to meet the exact requirements of our customer.
